Research trends in theory and modeling of polymer systems presented at the IUPAC MARCO 2000 Congress in Warsaw
Abstract
Trends in research were discussed basing on nearly 60 presentations and posters shown at the title Section. Research topics included molecular dynamics, effects of external force fields, ordered surface structures and thin layers, polymerization reactions and effect of monomer structure on chain conformation. A variety of research methods were discussed - from strictly theoretical, analytical or computational to experimental model research on well-defined systems.
